Water Jet

Bahrs Die & Stamping Co., Inc. has in recent years added water jet cutting to its array of services. This allows us to create prototypes of parts without the cost of tooling. This offers our customers a way to see how a part will perform and gives them the opportunity to assess performance and make necessary changes before committing to hard tooling. We also can produce production items on our water jet, using almost any material imaginable, from (1) prototype piece to thousand of pieces. So far we have used steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, wood, glass, bullet resistant glass, granite, porcelain tile, plastic, and foam rubber. No job is too small.
